A one-page reminder

Check the answer. Keep the judgement.

A friendly companion to an AI draft. A polished answer is a starting point, not a reason to skip the source.

  1. Trace the claim. Which supplied source supports each important fact? Open it; an AI-written citation can be wrong.
  2. Look for what disappeared. Check dates, conditions, exceptions and uncertainty—not just spelling.
  3. Notice the extra promise. Reject invented prices, arrangements, evidence or guarantees.
  4. Keep unknowns visible. Asking a better question beats filling a gap with a plausible guess.
  5. Choose the reviewer. The higher the consequences, the more qualified the review needs to be. A second AI agreeing is not independent verification.

Share the blank checklist if it helps. Keep drafts with private information out of messages and demonstrations.
